My name is Teya. I was born in Nessebar, Bulgaria where I lived until the age of fifteen. As a child, I was what they called day-dreamy, and all my imaginary friends would say I was the most imaginative child they'd ever met. All the interesting worlds, stories and characters that kept shaping in my head is why I started writing poems and short stories when I was eight years old and haven't stopped since.

I write stories that are character-driven; where exploration of character/ self in fiction is of main concern. I also like to experiment and reflect on philosophical ideas and topics that are considered ‘inappropriate’. I am a rebel and a dreamer by birth, and I believe that ‘anyone can [write] ... but only the fearless can be great.’

Currently, I am a second-year, part-time student on the MA Creative Writing at NTU. My short story, ‘In Gratia Cantantes’, was featured in the university’s annual Creative Writing anthology, Connections: An Anthology of New Writing, for which I was also an editor.

I’m Beth, a writer and aspiring cat lady. Born in Yorkshire and raised in the Midlands, I grew up with my head stuck in books and always loved writing, which has stuck with me as an (almost) grown-up and led to me graduating with a degree in English and Linguistics. I’ve always been interested in dabbling with a wide range of writing styles from short stories to screenplays, and I love experimenting and trying out new ways of telling stories. Outside of reading and writing, I’m a bit obsessed with music, love taking photos and all things to do with vintage fashion.

I’m Anton from Plovdiv, Bulgaria, someone doing a little bit of everything. I wasn’t much interested in books (and school in general) until the age of 16-17, when I started reading anarchist literature. Later on I started singing in a punk band so I had to write my own lyrics. With this beautiful obligation the muse started kickin’ in, so I began writing short poems of all kind.

Now I’m on my 4th band and so far I have left 27 songs behind me. Recently I finished “In three worlds”, a travelogue about my trip to Mexico in 2020 under the pseudonym Ayer del Futuro.
